With my customized personal training program, I will make sure that you are focused on the right types of exercises and that you use the proper technique. I will motivate you to overcome obstacles to exercising, progress through plateaus, and to challenge yourself to push beyond your limits. Your workouts will be safer and more efficient, resulting in faster, long-lasting changes to both your body and mind.
If you prefer the format of a group class but still want individualized attention, I offer circuit training sessions for you and a partner.
Having the motivation from a partner with similar fitness goals helps keep you accountable to one another, especially on those days when energy levels are low, and you just do not want to workout. It is easy to cancel on yourself, but it is another thing entirely to cancel on someone who is depending on you!
Furthermore, training with a partner encourages healthy competition. You are more likely to exercise at a higher intensity when you see your partner pushing through one more repetition or ten more seconds.
Finally, when you train with a partner you will share the cost of the session, so you still get professional and individualized attention for a lower rate.
Are you tired of the treadmill? Bored on the bike? In my athletic conditioning sessions I will put you through high-intensity workouts specifically designed to burn more fat and calories in the same amount of time as my personal training sessions.
It does not matter if you are an athlete or just now starting your fitness journey, I will modify the workouts according to your physical capabilities and progress you safely and gradually to higher levels of intensity.
These sessions are especially unique as they are not limited to the gym setting* and include a variety of activities which will not only improve your cardiovascular endurance, but also your coordination and agility.

Older adults derive significant benefits from incorporating physical fitness into their daily routines. Exercise boosts cognitive function and cardiovascular health, and can elevate mood while decreasing stress. Exercise can also prevent or manage many health issues experienced by seniors such as osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes and hypertension.
I will evaluate your current activities, general health, physical capabilities, fitness goals and doctor's recommendations to design a program that will not only improve your strength, coordination, and balance, but enable functional living and independence.
No matter what your age or current fitness level, seniors should never feel as though they’re “too old” to derive the benefits of following a sensible exercise program.
Pregnant women are encouraged to start or continue a modified fitness program to help prepare them for the demands of labor and caring for a newborn baby. The benefits of exercising through all trimesters of pregnancy and postpartum are well documented and include: improved mood, reduced discomfort, increased strength and stamina during labor, and faster post-delivery recovery time.
Whether you are pregnant or just had a baby, I will create a fitness program that is customized for your level of fitness and stage of pregnancy/postpartum. Your sessions will target specific muscle groups that you will rely on during pregnancy, and then afterward, when you are lugging car seats, diaper bags, and toddlers who refuse to walk!
