Training Philosophy


My mission is to empower my clients in both mind and body to not only achieve their fitness goals, but to exceed them and to instill in them a desire to make fitness a way of life. 

Training Method

My innovative approach to functional training integrates a variety of techniques performed in a specific combination to improve strength, muscular balance, endurance, and core stability. My training methods are efficient, effective and proven. Each session is a total body workout customized for my clients based on their individual needs and goals. I train both men and women spanning multiple age groups and with varying degrees of fitness including: pre and post-natal women, physical therapy patients recovering from injury or surgery, and professional athletes.
